APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE PLANNING BOARD OF
THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, there exists a need for a Class III Member ofthe Planning Board; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to NJ.S.A. 40:55 D-23 and the Code of the Borough ofCarteret,
Article 2, Section 160-5, said member is appointed by the Borough Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
Jorge Diaz
is hereby appointed to the Carteret Planning Board term to expire 12/31/10.
