WHEREAS, Resolution 93-97 adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Truckee, on August
5, 1993, approved specifications and authorized calling for bids for purchaes of radio
communication equipment; and
~M4k-':REAS, the bids received for purchase of radio communication equipment were opened in
the Town Hall Administration Office at 11570 Donner Pass Road, Truckee, CA, on August 23,
1993, at 9:00 AM, and later tabulated by the Public Works Director for the consideration of the
Town Manager and submission to the Town Council; and
NOW THER~ BE IT REqOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TRUCKle, as follows:
That no bid be approved for purchase of radio communication equipment.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Truckee, held on the 2nd day of Septemlxx, 1993, by Council Member Cross who
moved its adoption, which motion be'rog duly seconded by Council Member Carpenter was upon
roll call carried and the Resolution adopted by the following vote:
AYES:
Council Members Aguera, Botto, Carpenter, Cross & Mayor Eagan.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
Kathleen Eagan, Mayor
