CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 93-80
RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CLYDESDALE
TRAIL SANITARY SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT
WHEREAS, it has been proposed to extend sanitary sewer and water on
Clydesdale Trail from the vicinity of Co. Rd. 116 in order to serve the property
being developed by Thorpe Distributing Co. , Inc. ; and
WHEREAS, quotes were obtained from two contractors for said work; and
WHEREAS, the quote from Northdale Construction Company of Rogers,
Minnesota was the lower quote at $24, 343 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that the mayor and clerk -treasurer are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with Northdale Construction Company of Rogers,
Minnesota in the name of the City of Medina to extend sanitary sewer and water on
Clydesdale Trail according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the
city council and on file in the office of the clerk -treasurer.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
James Johnson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Councilmembers Ferris, Johnson, Ann Thies, Philip Zietlow and Mayor Anne Theis.
