HomeMy Public PortalAbout16299 General Services Agreement - Sewer and Channel Design (2024) Contract A (13095)O R D I N A N C E NO.16299 AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund and making an appropriation of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for general engineering services in General Services Agreement – Sewer and Channel Design (2024) Contract A (13095) in various locations within the District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 53084 with KdG, a Division of Shive-Hattery, Inc. for general engineering services. WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund and the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for general engineering services in General Services Agreement – Sewer and Channel Design (2024) Contract A (13095) in various locations within the District. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 53084 with KdG, a Division of Shive-Hattery, Inc. for general engineering services in General Services Agreement – Sewer and Channel Design (2024) Contract A (13095) in various locations within the District; said contract may be renewed for an additional one (1) year and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. The Foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 8, 2024.
