A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD DESIGNATING THE CITY CLERK AS
MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEE RELATIONS OFFICER.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
California, hereby resolves that, pursuant to Resolution
No. 69-27, the City Clerk shall be designated as the
Municipal Employee Relations Officer, to have and to exercise
all those powers conferred upon said officer by the aforesaid
resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this Uth day of May,
1976.
