The city council of the City of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 683, an ordinance establishing
a planned unit development district
for "Marsh Pointe Preserve." The
ordinance rezones property pro-
posed to be subdivided and de-
veloped as Marsh Pointe Preserve
to planned unit development. The
subject property includes 4250,
4268, 4290, and 4292 Arrowhead
Drive.
The full text of the ordinance is
available from the city clerk at Me-
dina city hall during regular busi-
ness hours.
