A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING REPORT AND
LEVYING ASSESSMENTS IN THE MATTER OF
Lynwood St.reet Lightin~{ Maintenance Di~trict `A"
WHEREL~S, pur~u~nt ta 5ections 18090 and 18091, Che City
Enginee~ has submitted to this Council, a report; and,
WHEREAS, this C~u~ncil h~s reviewed and considered said
report,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Counc~l of the City of Lynwood
HEREBY DOES RESOLVE, FIND, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1~ The repo~t submftted by the City Engineer
~~ntains all the ~nformation required by Streets and Highways Code
Section 18090~
SECT'ION 2, The amounts to be assessed against the indi-
vidual parcels shown on the assessment diagram contained in said
rep~rt ~re hereby approved and confirmed, and the City Clerk is
hereby directed to endor~e the fact and date of ~uch approval on
~aid ~eport~
SECTION 3~ The Cfty Clerk hereby is authorized and di-
rrected ta~ file a cer~~fied copy of the d~agram and assessment
~:ontained in the ~for~said report with the Assessor and Auditor
of the County of L~s Angeles~
