part of the effectiue ~csinplaance ot sa.id .4c:t;
NOW, THEREF"ORE, the C:~~y~ Counc;il of the City of Lynwood
does resalve as foT l~-~ws :
Sec~tion 1; Each ~~fii~~r ~,nd employee of' the City of
Lyn~vood as ~n: t:z°u~t~d anci directed to comply with the
provisions of CAL-U~Fi~,
Sect~on 2: The Safety t;~Ur~inator af the City is
t~e~°eby eharg~d wi~h tY~e overall administra.tion of
City eoinplianee with sazc~ Aci, and particularly with
coo~dinating the effo~ts c~~ the City of Lynwood's
Sa~[ety Committee and th~ various departments in
instru~ting employees as to safety requirements.
Section 3: A Safety Cornmittee, hereinafter referred
to as "Comm~ittee" is hereby e5tablished, consisting
