COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
FEBRUARY 7, 1984
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Gillanders called the meeting to order at •8 :40 p.m.
in the Council Chamber of the City Hall.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Members - Atkins, Dennis, Swain, Tyrell, Gillanders
Absent: Members -None
Also Present: Executive Director Koski, General Counsel Martin
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
On motion by Mr. Tyrell, seconded by Mr. Atkins, the minutes
of the regular meeting held January 17, 1984, were approved
as written.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
None.
5. NEW BUSINESS:
A. RESOLUTION NO. CRA -216: WARRANTS AND DEMANDS
Mr. Atkins moved to adopt Resolution No. CRA -216 A RESOLUTION
OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOW-
ING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE SUM OF $292.17 DEMAND
NO. 884, seconded by Mr. Tyrell and unanimously carried.
6. COMMUNICATIONS:
None.
7. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS:
None.
8. ADJOURNMENT:
On motion of Mr. Dennis, seconded by Mrs. Swain, meeting
adjourned at 8:43 p.m. Next regular meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency will be held Tuesday, February 21, 1984,
8:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall.
