RESOLUTION NO. 13-8670
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY(CRA)BOARD AMENDING OPA-
LOCKA CRA REDEVELOPMENT PLAN TO COMPLETE THE
WORK PROGRAM IN A 20 YEAR PERIOD; PROVIDING
INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; PROVIDING AN
EFFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS,the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires to approve the
Community Redevelopment Agency ("CRA") Board amending the Opa-locka CRA
Redevelopment Plan to complete the work program in a 20 year period.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka,Florida,hereby approves the
Community Redevelopment Agency(CRA)Board amending Opa-locka CRA Redevelopment Plan
to complete the work program in a 20 year period, and not to exceed 40 years if extended by the
Miami-Dade Board of Commissioners, if warranted.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 13th day of August, 2013.

REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY(CRA) BOARD TO AMEND THE
OPA-LOCKA CRA REDEVELOPMENT PLAN TO COMPLETE
THE WORK PROGRAM IN A 20 YEAR PERIOD; PROVIDING
INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; PROVIDING AN
EFFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the Opa-locka Community Redevelopment Agency("CRA")desires to _)
amend the CRA Redevelopment Plan to complete the work program in a 20 year period; and
WHEREAS, the CRA initial creation will be for a period of 20 years and may be
extended by the Miami-Dade County Board of Commissioners for a period not to exceed 40
years, if warranted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA,FLORIDA:
