Motion by Jenness, seconded by Ebert to approve Marcus Community Center Class C
Retail Alcohol License. Ayes: all Nayes: none. Motion carried.
Six bids were received for the construction of the Marcus Community Trail, TR Harris
Construction, Inc. $1,123,411.72, RP Construction, LLC, $913,701.40, Beck
Excavating, Inc. $852,301.30, Howrey Construction, Inc$820,192.00, Vander Pol
Excavating, LLC $754,732.63, Ten Point Construction Company, Inc. $741,651.87,
lowest bidder to be awarded the contract.
Motion by Ebert, seconded by Schmillen to award Ten Point Construction Company, Inc
the Trail contract. Ayes: all, Nayes: none. Motion carried.
Mayor Bunt briefly discussed tree removal for the Ash Trees in the Right of Ways.
Further discussion will be held at the next regular meeting with Matt Dreckman present
to discuss options.
Motion by Ebert, seconded by Schmillen to adjourn 7:45 am. Ayes: All Nayes: none.
Motion carried.
