AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSE FOR THE 2010-2011 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and Ihe proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for SAFEWAY TAXI & LIMO for the 2010-2011
License Term by the following:
MOHA1\1MED S. ATIQ
ZIA U. JANJUA
'VHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted 10 MOHAMMED S. ATIQ AND ZIA U. JANJUA for the 2010-2011
License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carterel, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hyreby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2010-
2011 License Term 10 MOHAMiVmD S. ATIQ AND ZIA U. JANJUA.
