resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 93-102
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota as follows:
1. The amount of $120,024.63 be transferred out of the
General Fund into the 1985 G.O. Debt Service Fund; and
2. The amount of $600,000.00 be transferred out of the
G.O. Tax Increment Debt Service Fund into the Trunk
Highway Sanitary Sewer Capital Project Fund.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Ann Thies and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Council Members John Ferris, James Johnson, Thies, Zietlow and
Mayor Anne Theis.
and the following voted against: None
and the following were absent: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this
21st day of December , 1993 .
