WHEREAS, Michael T. Hartman has served The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District from October 13, 2008 to his retirement effective February 1, 2024.
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication, and loyalty as Collection Systems
Technician Senior contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public,
which it serves.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
serves, herewith cites, and expresses its greatest appreciation to Michael T. Hartman for his 15
years of exemplary service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Mr. Michael T. Hartman.
