AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN ADDITIONAL
APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana passed an annual budget for
calendar year 2015 on October 21 st, 2014 (Ordinance No. 42-2014); and
WHEREAS, It has been determined it is now necessary to appropriate an additional sum of money
to a certain fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the following additional sum of money is hereby appropriated to the following fund:
From: General Fund $1,140.00
To: Litigation - 101.03.030.110.000.3121 $1,140.00
Passed and adopted this 7it.day of 15, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana.
