DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE OF A RAFFLE LICENSE TO
ST. JOSEPH R.C. CHURCH AND ST. JOSEPH H.S.A
WHEREAS, application has been properly made to the Mayor and Council of
Ihe Borough of Carterel by St. Joseph R.C. Church and St. Joseph H.S.A.
and
WHEREAS, it appears Ihal the applicants are qualified 10 be licensed aud the
members designated to conduct RAFFLES and to assist are bona fide roem.bers
oflhe applicant; and
WHEREAS, the applicants have signified Ihat Ihe games will be played in
accordance wilh Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Garnes of Chance Control
Commission's Regulations; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by Ihe
Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteret, Ihat Ihe Municipal Clerk is hereby
authorized and direcled to execule Ihe endorsemenl of Ihe Mayor and Council by
issuing proper presentation of application and fees, a RAFFLE LICENSE to the
applicants;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED thaI a certified copy of lhis Resolution be sent
forthwith 10 the Legalized Games of Chance Conlrol Commission, P.O. Box
46000, Newark, New Jersey 07101.
