Section 24-6-402(4) (b) and for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and/or instructing negotiators, under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(e) regarding an agreement with the Municipal Subdistrict, Northern Water Conservancy District regarding nutrient mitigation Other Business & Updates Adjourn Two or more Elected Officials of the Grand County Water & Sanitation District #1, Town of Fraser and the Winter Park Ranch Water and Sanitation District sit as the Joint Facilities Oversight Committee (JFOC), and may attend this meeting.
