JOINT FACILITIES OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE MEETING
October 26, 2017
Attendees: Winter Park Ranch: Tom Kalan, Dan Carroll, Tom Newton, Jim Cordell, Melinda McWilliams
Town of Fraser: Mayor Philip Vandernail, Eileen Waldow, Herb Meyring
Grand County #1: Randy Atwater, Art Ferrari
Others Present: Jim Fox, Bruce Hutchins, Jeff Durbin, Joe Fuqua, Beth Williams, Jim McLaughlin, Ron Anderson
Roll call was taken and the meeting was called to order by Mayor Vandernail at 3:04 p.m.
October 26, 2017 Agenda: Tom Newton moved to approve the October 26, 2017 agenda, this motion was seconded by Herb Meyring. Motion carried 10-0.
Minutes of September 21, 2017: Dan Carroll moved to approve the September 21, 2017 minutes with the request that Melinda McWilliams’ name be moved up to the Winter Park Ranch attendees;
the motion was seconded by Jim Cordell. Motion carried 10-0.
Northern Water: Joe Fuqua and Jim McLaughlin discussed plant capacity and Northern’s needs in regards to the plant.
2018 Budget: Jeff Durbin led the discussion and Q & A about the preliminary 2018 Budget.
Engineering Services: Open discussion about what the Committee would like to see in regards to engineering services like more structure and documents for meeting agenda items.

Adjourn: Tom Newton moved and Herb Meyring seconded the motion to adjourn the JFOC meeting at 5:08pm. Motion carried 10-0.
