LICENSE FOR THE 2010-2011 LICENSE TERl"I
WHEREAS, applicalion has been made and Ihe proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for NORTHEAST LIVERY SERVICE for Ihe 2010-
2011 License Term by Ihe following:
STEVEN J. HURLEY
WHEREAS, the Carterel Police Departmenl has made an invesligation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to STEVEN J. HURLEY for Ihe 2010-2011 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council oflhe Borough of Carterel, thallhe Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2010-
2011 License Term to STEVEN J. HURLEY.
