NEGESSARY F"OR THE WTDENING AND ZMPROVEMENT OF
LONU BEACH BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, the C3.ty Cou.ncil of the Ciiy of Lynwood
determined tha~ the widening ~,nd improvement of Long Beach
Botxlevard f'rom the northe~ly ta tl~e southerly boundaries of
Caty i,~ neces~ary for the conven3.ence, welfare, and saf~ty
public., ~,nd
has
the

WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the Ci.ty shall be served by the acquisition of prop~rty necessary
for the widening, and

WHEREASy the City Couneil has received an Environmental
Tmpa~t statement on the I,ong Be~.ch Boulevard P~oject ~.nd have

NOWy THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
