WHEREAS, Trustee Amy Fehr served on the Board of Trustees of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District from September 6, 2019 to March 15, 2024, having held the
position of Chair of the Board of Trustees;
WHEREAS, Trustee Fehr’s strong leadership, knowledge and expertise imparted
direction and stability to the District; and
WHEREAS, Trustee Fehr’s contribution serving as both chair and member of the
Finance and 2024 Ad Hoc Board Committees and as a member of the Finance, Stakeholders and
Audit Committees assured a continued diligent focus on the District’s operations and fiscal
matters.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: THAT this Board, on behalf of itself,
the District and the people it serves, herewith expresses its sincere appreciation and gratitude to
Trustee Fehr for her service on the Board of Trustees and for her contribution to the St. Louis
community.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT a copy of this Resolution be presented to
Trustee Fehr in recognition of her service and accomplishments.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 11, 2024.
