WHEREAS, the adoption of Resolution No. 3894 will exercise option year (2) of
the contract previously authorized by Ordinance No. 15892, adopted May 12, 2022, which
authorized the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into a contract with O.R. Colan Associates, Inc., whereby O.R. Colan
Associates, Inc. will provide General Services Agreement - Easement Acquisition Services
(10842) throughout various locations within the District.
WHEREAS, said contract provided for an initial term of one (1) year with two
additional one-year renewal terms at the option of the District;
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District desires to exercise its
second (2nd) option year to renew said contract for an additional one (1) year term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEE OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to exercise the District’s option
to renew for the second (2nd) one-year renewal term of the contract with O.R. Colan
Associates, Inc., whereby O.R. Colan Associates would provide General Services
Agreement - Easement Acquisition Services (10842) throughout various locations within the
District; said contract renewal shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by
the Office of the General counsel of the District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 11, 2024.
