AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Three Million Five
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3,500,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
construction management services in Construction Management Services – Tank/Treatment/Pump
Station Facilities (11151) at various locations within the District; and authorizing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend
Contract No. 20100 with KAI 360 Construction Services, LLC for construction management
services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13751, adopted December 12, 2013, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 20100; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($3,500,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
construction management services in Construction Management Services –Tank/Treatment/Pump
Station Facilities (11151) at various locations within the District.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 20100
with KAI 360 Construction Services, LLC for construction management services in Construction
Management Services –Tank/Treatment/Pump Station Facilities at various locations within the
District; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved
by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
