AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One Million Five
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for CCTV
inspection and physical inspection of sewers and sewer cleaning in CCTV Inspection and Physical
Inspection of Sewers (2023) (12804) throughout the Metropolitan Sewer District service area.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15948, adopted August 11, 2022, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 22187; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,500,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to be used for CCTV inspection
and physical inspection of sewers and sewer cleaning in CCTV Inspection and Physical Inspection
of Sewers (2023) (12804) throughout the Metropolitan Sewer District service area.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 11, 2024
