COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 4, 1984
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Swain called the meeting to order at 8:17 p.m. in the
Council Chamber of the City Hall.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Members-Atkins, Dennis, Gillanders, Tyrell, Swain
Absent: Members -None
Also Present: Acting Executive. Director Shaw, General Counsel Martin
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
On motion by Mr. Dennis, seconded by Mr. Gillanders, the minutes of
the regular meeting held August 21, 1984, were approved as written.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
None.
5. NEW BUSINESS:
A. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 228: WARRANTS AND DEMANDS
Mr. Gillanders moved to adopt Resolution No. CRA 228 A RESOLUTION
OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING
CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE SUM OF $959.67, seconded by
Mr. Atkins and unanimously carried.
6. COMMUNICATIONS:
None.
7. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS:
None.
8. ADJOURNMENT:
On motion by Mr. Tyrell, seconded by Mr. Atkins, meeting adjourned
at 8:09 p.m. Next regular meeting of the Community Redevelopment
Agency will be held Tuesday, September 18, 1984, 8 p.m. in the
Council Chamber of the City Hall.
