AND RELATED ~ FOR A PERIOD OF THIR'rY (30) DAYS
WBERF_AS, the Town Council of the Town of Truckee adopted Resolution 93-72 on July ,1,
1993, as an urgency measure, and
~, the Town Council has detemfined that the extension of Resolution No. 93-72 for
a period of thirty (30) days meets the requirements of an urgency measure as defined by State
law,
NOW TItEREFORE BE IT RI*.q~VED by the Town Council of the Town of Truckee,
Califomia, as follows:
Resolution No. 93-72 adopted by the Town Council on July 1, 1993 as a urgency measure
is hereby extended for a period of thirty (30) days as an urgency measure.
The foregoing Resolution was inlxoduced at a Special Meeting of the Council of the Town
of Truckee, held on the 26th day of August, 1993, by Council Member Aguem who moved its
adoption as an urgency measure, which motion being duly seconded by Council Member Cross
was upon roll call carded and the Resolution adopted by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Aguera, Cross and Mayor Eagan
NOES: None
