CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 94-08
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 1994 FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, the city council has direct the city clerk -treasurer to prepare the
1994 fee resolution specifying the amount of all fees to be charged by the city
beginning on January 1, 1994 and continuing thereafter until otherwise modified;
and
WHEREAS, the clerk -treasurer has prepared said fee schedule, which has
been reviewed by the city council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. The 1994 fee schedule, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof, is adopted.
2. The city attorney is hereby authorized and directed to prepare an
amendment to the city's code of ordinances deleting therefrom all
references to fees and referring instead to the current fee resolution.
3. To the extent there exists any conflict in the amount of fees specified
in the 1994 fee schedule and the city's code of ordinances prior to the
amendment thereof, the 1994 fee schedule shall prevail.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
James Johnson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Council Members Johnson, Thies, Philip Zietlow and Mayor Anne Theis.

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
