AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #84-6
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE rr. SECTION 207-18-D shall be amended to include previous amendments:
ARTICLE II, SECTION 207-19-B shall set the minimum semi-annual fees and rates
amended as follows:

Any ordinance or amendment thereto which conflicts or is not consistent herewith is
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency. This ordinance shall take
effect inunediateIy upon passage and publication as provided by law
