HomeMy Public PortalAboutOrdinance NO. 464 Vacate portions of Utility Easements Rendezvous East Mountain Filing 11 TOWN OF FRASER Series 2018 Ordinance No. 464 AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTIONS OF CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENTS ON PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF FRASER. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER IN THE STATE OF COLORADO, THAT: SECTION 1. The Board of Trustees of the Town of Fraser does hereby find and resolve that there is no continuing public need for the certain easements hereinafter described. and that the same should be vacated pursuant to the authority of Section 19-3-245 of the Fraser Municipal Code. SECTION 2. Those portions of the Utility Easements recorded at Reception Nos. 2001-003001 and 2001-008470. located in Section 28, Township 1 South, Range 75 West of the 61h P.M., in the Town of Fraser, Colorado, which are more particularly described on Exhibits A and C attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, are hereby vacated. The remainder of the Utility Easements provided in said recorded instruments shall continue in effect. Upon final adoption and publication as provided herein, this Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after publication thereof as provided by law.
