AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY .OF
' LYNWOOD AMENDING CHAPTER 25, THE OFFICIAL ZONING
ORDINANCE OF.THE LYNWOOD MUNICIPAL CODE, CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LOTS 24, 25 AND 36

LOS ANGELES COUNTY,,"LOCATED IN LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE
AND DETERMINE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1:' .Chapter 25 of the Lynwood Municipal Code and the
- Zoning. Map of tree City o~ Lynwood. are hereby am~7u~d to reclassify
certain real property described as.followsi
Lots` 24', 25 and. 36 as shown on Page 013, County
`Assessor's Book No. 6168,
from R-3 ;(Multiple Family) to CB-1 (Controlled Business Zone).
Section 2: Amendment of the Zoning Ordinance. and Zoning Map
,are consistent with the General Plan of ahe City of Lynwood.
Section 3: SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection,
subdivision, sentence, clause, phrase, or portion of this ordinance
or.-the application .thereof to any. person or place; is for any
. reason "held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of
any court of competent jurisdicton,.such decision s1iaTl~not affect
the remaining portion of this ordinance or its applicaton,to other
persons or places.
The City Council Yiereby declares that it would have adopted ~_
this ardinance and each section,.subsection, subdivision, sentence,

held on the 15th day of March, 1994, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting .of said Council held on
the , 5~ day of Apri l ~ 199.4 by the following vote r
