RESOLUTION NO. 75-37
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
74-61 PERTAINING TO THE TIME LIMIT ESTABLLSHED
FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE UNDERGROUND
UTILITY DISTRICT NO, 4
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve
as follows:
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 74-61 an underground utility
district was established along the full road easement width of Long Beach
Boulevard, from Imperial Highway to Century Boulevard, marked exhibit "A ",
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has fixed the time of compietion to
May 1, 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood that, pursuant to Ordinance No. 848 of the City of Lynwood,
Resolution No. 74-61 be amended to fix the time of completion to July 31, 1975
from the date of adoption of said resolution,
