AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING SUBSECTION 7 -20 2
OF SECTION 7 -20 OF CHAPTER 7 OF THE LYNWOOD
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PROHIBITIONS
ON PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES

Section 1 Subsection 7 -20.2 of Section 7 -20 of Chapter 7 of the Lynwood
Municipal Code is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows
"7 -20 2 Parking for Certain Purposes Prohibited
No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway
for any of the following primary purposes-
a. For the primary purpose of displaying the vehicle for sale.
b For the primary purpose of greasing or lubricating the vehicle.
C, For the primary purpose of repairing the
vehicle, other than those repairs
necessitated by an emergency "
Section 2 . The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall
cause same to be published once in the Lynwood press within fifteen da after its passage and _
