Resolution No. 13-8692
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA, TO INSTRUCT THE CITY
MANAGER TO ARRANGE TO PAY A $500.00 BONUS TO ALL
FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME CITY EMPLOYEES IN TIME
FOR THE HOLIDAYS; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION
OF RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires to authorize that all
City employees receive $500.00 as a Holiday bonus.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka hereby instructs the City
Manager to arrange to pay a $500.00 bonus to all full-time and part-time City employees in time
for the holidays.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of September, 2013.
