~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING CHAPTER 25, THE OFFICIAL ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE LYNWOOD MUNICIPAL CODE, CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LOT 69 AS SHOWN ON PAGE
016, COUNTY ASSESSOR'S BOOK NO. 6191, LOS ANGELES
COUNTY, LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE
AND DETERMINE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Chapter 25 of the Lynwood Municipal Code and the
~- Z~oning~'i~iap -of the City of -Lynwood are -iieei7y a~~,encied to reclassify -- - ~--- -
certain real property described as follows:
Lot 69 as shown on Page 016, County Assessor's Book No.
6191, from the C-2 (Light Commercial) to the H-M-D (Hospital-
Medical-Dental) zone.
Section 2: The amendments of the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning
Map are consistent with the General Plan of the City of Lynwood.
Section 3: SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection,
subdivision, sentence, clause, phrase, or portion of this ordinance
or the application thereof to any person or place, is for any
reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of
any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect
the remaining portion of this ordinance or its application to other
persons or places.
The City Council hereby declares that it would have adopted
this ordinance and each section, subsection, subdivision, sentence,
clause, phrase, or portion thereof, irrespective of the fact that
any one or more sections subsections sentences subdivisions
-~ -clauses, phra"ses; or portions, or the application thereof to"any
person or place be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
-First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City
held on the 6th day of September1994, and finally adopted and ordered
published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 20th
day of September , 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBER BYRD, HEINE, RICHARDS
.NOES : COUNCILMEMBER HENNING, REA
ABSENT: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE _
