ORDINANCE NO. 141Q
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING SECTION 25-35.3
OF CHAPTER 25 OF THE LYNWOOD MUNICIPAL
CODE TO AUTHORIZE THE SALE OF BEER AND
WINE IN MULTIPLE TENANT RETAIL CENTERS)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 25 of the. Lynwood Municipal Code is hereby
amended as follows:

6. Alcoholic beverages for on site consumption, except in
bona fide restaurants which comply with Section 25-16.20d
of this Chapter.
(ii) Existing Section 25-35.3 0. 7. is renumbered as Section
25-35.3 0. 8.
(iii). A new Section 25-35.3 0. 7..is added to read as follows:
7. Alcoholic beverages for off site consumption, except
that beer and nonfortified wines may be sold for off
site consumption in grocery stores located in
such multiple tenant retail centers after obtaining a
Cd.nditional Use Permit pursuant to Section 25-16.20 of
this Chapter.
Section 2'. The City Clerk is hereby directed to certify to
the passage and adoption of this ordinance and to cause it to be

First read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 21st day of March, 1995 and adopted .an ordered published at a
