Member Philip Zietlow introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 94-15
RESOLUTION GRANTING A PERMIT TO WRIGHT-HENNEPIN
ELECTRIC FOR THE ERECTION OF ELECTRIC POLES
OR UNDERGROUND FACILITIES
WHEREAS, Wright -Hennepin Co-op Electric , a public
utility licensed to do business in the City of Medina, has made
application to the City for the installation of electic poles
or underground facilities
located at 2022 Medina Road
within the City of Medina;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said application be
granted in accordance with the plans and specifications
submitted, subject to the following conditions:
1. The street and right of way shall be restored to its
original condition upon completion of installation and
applicant shall be liable for settlement or other damage
caused by said installation for a period of one year
following completion.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Anne Theis and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
John Ferris, James Johnson, Ann Thies, Zietlow and Mayor Theis.
and the following voted against: None.
Absent: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted
this 4th day of April , 1994.
