AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING-
CHAPTER 25, THE OFFICIAL ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE LYNWOOD
MUNICIPAL CODE, CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PARCELS 01
AND'900, PAGE 7 AND THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PARCEL 901, PAGE 22
OF THE - LOS ANGELES ;COUNTY ASSESSORS BOOK NO 6.17 -3, -- LOCATED IN
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 25 of the Lynwood Municipal Code
and the zoning Map of the City of Lynwood are hereby amended to
reclassify certain real property described as follows:
Parcels 01 and 900, Page 7 and the southwest corner
.of Parcel 901, Page 22 of the Los Angeles County
Assessor's Book 6173, otherwise known as 11405 and
11409 Birch Street
from the R -3 (Multi Family Residential) zone to the CF (Community
Facility) zone.
Section 2. The amendments of the Zoning Ordinance and
Zoning Map are consistent with the objectives of the General Plan
an the development.,policies of the City of Lynwood.
Section 3. The, amendments of the Zoning Ordinance and
Zoning Map will not have a significant effect on the environment
and a Negative Declaration has been issued pursuant to the
provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act and State
CEQA Guidelines.
First "read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City
held on the 6th day of June, 1995, and finally I adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of the Council held on the
20th day of June,. 1995.
