WHEREAS, bids for installation of above ground storage tank and fuel system
installation at the Public Works facility were authorized by Resolution #99-146 on
April 15, 1999 and Resolution #99-361 on November 16, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received on April 12, 2000:

Borough of Carteret that the bid for installation of above ground storage tank and fuel
system at the Public Works facility is hereby awarded to:
VALKYRIE CONSTRUCTION, INC.
for the amount of $87,400.00.
Adopted this 15th day of June, 2000
and certified as a true copy of the original
on June 16, 2000.

NOT TO EXCEED $87,400.00.
According to the terms set forth in bid.
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor the sum set
forth in Resolution.
