AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR
VARIOUSMUNlCPALPROJECTS
\VHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is interested in soliciting bid proposals for various
municipal projects; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
I. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for
receipt of bids for the following:
Multi-Parks Project
Turnpike Sewer Interceptor Project
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Agent, Director of Engineering and Borough Attorney.
Adopted this 8th day of April, 2010
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 9, 2010.
