A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR THE FILING OF REAL ESTATF. INTENT
TO CANVASS APPLICATIONS
WHEREAS, Section 27-1/?-45 of the Code of the City of Lynwood requires
that any person proposing to solicit within the City in an attempt to obtain listings
of real property or in an attempt to effect a real estate transaction shall file a
completed Intent to Canvass application with the City Clerk and pay a fee in
connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, Subsection (c) of said Se%tion 27-1/2-45 provides that the
amount of the aforesaid fee shall be d~termine~~ by Resolution of the City Council'
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I~YNWOOD
HEREBY DOES RESUY.VE AS FOLLOWS°
le The fee to be paid pursuant to Subsection (c) of Section ~7-1/2-45
hereby is determined and declared to be $25.00.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 3rd day of June 1975.
