RESOLUTION NOo '15-56
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF A
PRELIMINARY REPORT OF MAINTENANCE OF STREET
LIGHTS IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as followsa
Section to That the City Engineer be and he is hereby directed
to make and file with the City Clerk of said City a report, in writing, covering
the maintenance of street lighting in said City for a period of three years commencing
July 1, 19750
Section 2: That said report shall contain the following:
!a) Plans and specifications for the proposed improvement,
(b) A n estimate of the cost of said improvement for the period of
time above specifiedo
(c) A diagram showing the proposed assessment district and also
the boundaries and dimensions of the respective lots or parcels of land within said
district, each of which lots or parcels to be given a separate number upon the diagram,
(d) A proposed assessment of the total amount of the costs and expenses
of the proposed improvement upon the several lots or parcels of land in the assessment
district in proportion to the estimated benefits to be received by such lots or parcels,
respectively, from said improvemento
Section 3e That such report shall be in compliance with the provisions
of the Street Lighting Act of 1919, Part 1 of Division 14 of the Streets and Highways
code of the State of California, as amended,
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th day of June, 1975,
