CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 94-20
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR CLYDESDALE TRAIL STREET AND WATER
IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, it has been proposed to improve Clydesdale Trail by constructing
the street to a 9-ton capacity and constructing a water line from their current
termination near the western boundary of the property owned by Thorpe
Distributing Company easterly to the eatern boundary of the Thorpe Property; and
WHEREAS, Boonstroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates has been appointed city
engineer on this project and has prepared a feasibility report on the proposed
improvement .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that the report of Boonstroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates,
showing that the improvements may be made at a combined cost of $181, 600 is hereby
accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Philip Zietlow
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
