HomeMy Public PortalAbout1994-020Member John Ferris introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 94-20 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR CLYDESDALE TRAIL STREET AND WATER IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, it has been proposed to improve Clydesdale Trail by constructing the street to a 9-ton capacity and constructing a water line from their current termination near the western boundary of the property owned by Thorpe Distributing Company easterly to the eatern boundary of the Thorpe Property; and WHEREAS, Boonstroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates has been appointed city engineer on this project and has prepared a feasibility report on the proposed improvement . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that the report of Boonstroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates, showing that the improvements may be made at a combined cost of $181, 600 is hereby accepted.
