RESOLUTION NO, 75-77
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ORDERING THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
EDISON COMPANY TO FURNISH THE SERVICE NECES-
SARY TO MAINTAIN AND/OR ILLUMINATE ALL STREET
LIGHTS IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood, California did
on the 15th day of July, 1975, adopt Resolution No, 75- ordering the work and
levying the assessment for service necessary to maintain and illuminate all street
lights in the City of Lynwood, and
WHEREAS, it is determined that there is only one contractor practically
capable of servicing said Lighting Maintenance District as described in said
Resolution of intention No, 75-58 of said City, and
WHEREAS, said contractor is subject to the jurisdiction of the Public
Utilities Commission of the State of California, Now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lynwood as
follows
to That the City Council does hereby order said improvement to be
carried out by Southern California Edison Company, a corporation, in accordance
with rates and rules filed by them from time to time with said Public Utilities
Commission,
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 1975,
