RESOLUTION NO. 75-86
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYIVWOOD
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
TRAINING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAY PATROL
WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Highway Patrol requires
written training agreements from say agency participating in their training programs;
and
WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Lynwood desires from
time to time to participate in certain training programs sponsored and administered
by the California Department of Highway Patrol; and
WHEREAS, resolution of the Lynwood City Council is required for the
1975-76 fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, AS FOL~L,OWS:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directbd to sign such
training agreement when required for the fiscal year 1975-76 in the form attached
hereto.
