APPOINTING A MUNICIPAL JUDGE FOR
THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Municipal Judge for the Borough of Carteret;
and
\VHEREAS, it is the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteret that
ALLEN CO~mA
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Municipal Judge, effective April S,
2010, tenn to expire April S, 2013.
