RESOLUTION N0. 75-91
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF A PROMISSORY
NOTE.
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency has, by its
Resolution No. LRA- 75-5, requested. that this City Council extend.
the period. within which said Agency may repay to the City the
sum of $48,152.90, which sum represents a portion of the amount
payable to the City by the Agency in accordance with the terms
and conditions of that certain promissory note between the Agency
and the City dated the 16th day of ~, 1975; and.
WHEREAS, said extension will help to provide the Agency
with the financial resources to meet anticipated. expenses in
fiscal year 1975-1976 and. will therby aid. in the redevelopment
of Lynwood Redevelopment Project Area "A",
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve that said extension shall be granted in
accordance with, and subject to the terms and conditions set
forth in, Lynwood Redevelopment Agency Resolut~.on No. LRA- 75-5.
