RESOLUTION NO. 75_94
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
DESIGNATING THE "LONG BEACH FREEWAY REDEVELOPMENT
SURVEY AREA" FOR STUDY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood desires that
the area hereinafter described be studied to determine if a redevelopment
project within this area is feasible; and
WHEREAS, a redevelopment project might be initiated within
this area should it be found that such project is feasible; and
WHEREAS, the California Community Redevelopment Law provides
that a redevelopment survey area may be designed by resolution of the City
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
HEREBY DOES resolve as follows:
1. The City Council hereby designates as the "Long Beach Freeway
Redevelopment Survey Area;' that area shown on the map attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" which map is incorporated herein by this reference and made
a part hereof,
2. The City Council hereby finds that the said designated area
requires study to determine if a redevelopment project within the area is
feasible.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED .THIS 19th Day of August,
1975.
