RESOLUTION N0. 75-106
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING THE COMMUNITY
SAFETY ELEMENT TO THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
GENERAL PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Lynwood City Council, pursuant to law, did
on September 16, 1975, hold a public hearing on the adoption of the
Community Safety Element to the General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Council has carefully considered all pertinent
testimony offered in the case, as presented at the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is required by law to adopt a
Community Safety Element to the General Plan in order to protect the
community from fires and geologic hazards in order to reduce loss of
life, injuries, damage to property and economic and social dislocation.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
resolves, orders and approves the adoption of the General Plan Element
of the City of Lynwood entitled:
"COMMUNITY SAFETY ELEMENT TO THE GENERAL
PLAN OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA"
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of September, 1975.
