RESOLUTION NO. 75-1.19
A RE SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING THE HOUSING ELEMENT
TO THE CITY OF LYNWOOD GENERAL PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Lynwood City Council, pursuant to law, did
on November 4, and November 38, 3,975 hold a public hearing on the
adoption of the Housing Element to the General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Council has carefully considered all pertinent
testi~.or~y offered in the caseD as presented at the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the City Counoil is required bylaw to adopt a
Housing Elemer..~~t to the General Plan in order to establish standards
for improvemer~.t of housing sites within the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
resolves, orders and approves the adoption of the General Plan Element
of the City of Lynwood ta.tleds
