RESOLUTION NO. 7 5-121
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING THE OPEN-SPACE AND
CONSERVATION ELEMENT TO THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
GENERAL PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Lynwood City Council, pursuant to law, did
on September 16, and November 18, 1975 hold a public hearing on the
adoption of the Open Space and Conservation Element to the General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Council has carefully considered all pertinent
testimony offered in the case, as presented at the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is required by law to adopt an
Open Space and Conservation Element to the General Plan in order to
provide a comprehensive and long-range preservation and conservation
of open apace land within the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
resolves, orders and approves the adoption of the General Plan Element
of the City of Lynwood, titled:
"OPEN SPACE AND CONSERVATION ELEMENT TO
THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
CALIFORNIA"
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of November, 1975.
